Wayne Gretzky Signature Series White 2019 VQA

Harvested from vineyards across the Niagara Peninsula. A blend of 53% Viognier, 15% Riesling, 13% Chardonnay, 13% Pinot Gris and 6% Muscat. The Viognier, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay were barrel fermented and aged for 6 months in 100% French oak barrels. The Riesling and Muscat were fermented and aged in stainless steel to enhance fruit expression. The wines were blended together prior to bottling.
