LAST VINTAGE OF PINOT GRIS Our final ever Pinot Gris from the Beamsville Bench, we're excited (and sad) to share our dry, medium bodied Pinot Gris with you. With only 190 cases produced, this mouth filling Pinot Gris was fermented and then aged for 9 months in neutral French Oak barrels. Smooth and slightly rich with flavours of pear, melon and a hint of spice pair with roasted chicken, schnitzel, smoked salmon quiche, and semi soft smoked cheeses.
